About Flights

- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will apply.

- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.

- According to the regulations of the airlines; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline websites.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes for flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards on-site. This information should be followed by the guests personally.

- The Agency cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the required time, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but miss the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their responsibility.

- The general baggage allowance for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary by airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.

Other Matters

- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.

- During the registration for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly input/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

- To use mobile phones abroad, please ensure that your phone is unlocked for international use before leaving Turkey by checking with your service provider.

- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

- Requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care will be taken to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the preferences of the guest according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.

- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the traditional rich breakfast of Turkish cuisine. Generally, they are served as continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.

- In some cases, a double bed may replace a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined as needed.

- The child and extra bed policy varies by hotel and room types.

- Any additional bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability, and must be confirmed by the hotel.

- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.

- In triple rooms, an extra bed is applied; the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds consist of either foldable beds or coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the congestion and bed type that may occur in rooms due to additional beds to be added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations.

- In hotel reservations, if the number of adults and the number of children to be accommodated and their ages are incorrectly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children.

- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only applicable if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for the age group of a "single child" accommodating with two adults.

- The exchange rates throughout the day are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) you may obtain at the hotel are subject to additional charges by the hotel, and these costs are not included in the prices at the time of purchasing and need to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently being applied will be collected by the hotel from the guests during entry or exit.

- For potential extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, identification/passport issued by official authorities with a photo and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. 43- In customs crossings/border checks, in order for an entry-exit stamp to be placed on your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages available in your passport.

- Being exempt from the visa requirement for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made to/from the country, as immigration police have the authority to deny you entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must directly consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences that arise.
