Day 1: Istanbul – Skopje
Meeting at Sabiha Gökçen airport, International Departures terminal, Ajet Airlines counter 3 hours before our flight. Departure to Skopje at 12:30 with Ajet Airlines flight number VF263. After a comfortable flight, arrival at 13:00 and after the entry procedures, we will proceed to Skopje with our private bus. Upon arrival in Skopje, our city tour begins. In Skopje, the birthplace of our famous poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı, we will see places including Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Murat Pasha Mosque, Kapan Han, Sulu Han, and the Stone Bridge, while enjoying a walk along the banks of the Vardar River and observing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods across the river. During this walk, we will see Macedonia Square, the Ottoman Bridge, and the tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, as well as visit the Clock Tower, one of Skopje's emblematic structures built in the 16th century, and Sultan Murat Mosque, an early 14th-century mosque, and Isa Bey Mosque, built in the same century. After this, we will have free time in the Turkish Bazaar. Following free time, we will transfer to our hotel. In the evening, an unforgettable Balkan night tour will take place, enriched with unique Balkan music and cuisine, along with performances by a folklore group. Overnight at our hotel in Skopje.

Day 2: Skopje – Belgrade
After breakfast, check out of the rooms, and we will depart for Belgrade with our private bus. Upon arrival in Belgrade, our city tour begins in the capital of Serbia, a new symbol of liveliness and movement, one of the oldest cities in Europe. We will visit sites such as the Old Palace adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Turkish era, Belgrade Fortress at the confluence of the Sava River into the Danube, Kalemegdan Park, the Military Museum, and the Bayraklı Mosque. After the tour, overnight and dinner in our hotel in Belgrade.
Day 3: Belgrade - Sarajevo
After breakfast, check out of the rooms and depart for Sarajevo. Upon arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Sarajevo, which has served as the cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries, and was the site of the assassination of the Austro-Hungarian Archduke Franz Ferdinand by Serbs in 1914, which sparked World War I. During the devastating war of 1992, it suffered great destruction, yet Sarajevo retains much of its beauty. During our tour, we will visit the famous Baščaršija, the historic Ottoman inn Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral that reflects the city's religious diversity, the Synagogue, Hüsrev Bey Mosque, and Ferhadija Mosque, as well as the Latin Bridge where the assassination took place, the Old Library, and areas filled with Austrian-Hungarian architectural buildings from the 40 years of rule. After completing our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: Sarajevo – Mostar – Blagaj – Počitelj – Trebinje
After breakfast, check out of the rooms and depart for Mostar. The Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by architect Hayreddin, is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. After visiting the Mostar Bridge, we will see the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Following this, our tour of Blagaj will begin. We will visit Blagaj, located at the source of the Buna River, which is the strongest water source in Europe. After a brief free time, we will depart for Počitelj. We will visit Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village, preserved with its historical fabric, where we will see the works built by the Ottomans in the 16th century. After the excursion, we will proceed to our hotel in Trebinje or its surroundings, check into our rooms, have dinner, and spend the night at our hotel.

Day 5: Trebinje - Kotor - Budva – St.Stefan - Shkodra
After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and enter Montenegro, the newest country in the world, known as the jewel of the Adriatic Sea. Our first stop in Montenegro will be Kotor, a breathtaking medieval town famous for its fjords in the Balkans. During our walking tour in the Old Town-Fortress, we will get to know this charming place. After this, we will see Budva, one of the most famous holiday resorts in the Balkans, known for its stunning beaches and vibrant nightlife, during a panoramic tour. Next, we will see the magnificent St. Stefan, which was transformed into a tourist site after the area, once a fishing settlement, was acquired and repurposed by a multi-billionaire from Singapore. We will then continue our journey to Shkodra. Upon arrival in Shkodra, we will transfer to our hotel, have dinner, and spend the night at our hotel.

Day 6: Shkodra – Tirana – Ohrid
After breakfast, we will depart from our hotel and arrive in Tirana, the capital of Albania. Following this, our city tour begins. We will visit the Ethem Bey Mosque, which started construction in 1789 and was completed in 1923, Skanderbeg Square, the symbol of Tirana created by Ethem Bey in 1821, the Clock Tower, the Skanderbeg Statue, and the Peace Bell made from bullets melted down by children from Shkodra during the uprising in 1999. After the tour, we will head to Ohrid. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we will conduct a tour of this historic city that was one of the important bases of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. During our tour, we will visit the monument of Saints Cyril and Methodius, who are believed to have developed the Cyrillic Alphabet, the Church of St. Sophia, the Roman Amphitheater, Chinar Square, the Turkish Bazaar, the Halveti Tekke, the New Bazaar, Ohrid Market, and Lake Ohrid. After breakfast, we will depart for the Resen-Bitola tour. We will first head to Resen with our private buses. Then we will move to Bitola and during our Bitola city tour, we will visit the Turkish Bazaar, the Bedesten, İshak Mosque, Yeni Mosque, and experience emotional moments at Atatürk's Military Academy, which he graduated from, and visit the Atatürk Museum (from the outside). GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, visa services and travel health insurance for which a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded as these services have been used, if a visa application has not been made, visa and travel health insurance will also be cancelled and a fee refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different service provider, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in case the trip is cancelled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not cancelling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guidance service will only cover the airport transfer for international arrival and departure.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets related to transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur a penalty as these flight ticket costs do not have the right to cancellation & change and refund.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days prior to the tour departure date, provided that they inform the Agency in writing. In case of cancellation within 31 days or less to the start date of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket fee, and if cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the departure date, the guest may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services, such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance, may vary according to the cancellation request period, so it is necessary to inquire about refunds in advance. The Agency cannot make any commitment for refunds of additional services.
Guidance Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites in the visited locations being open/closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are made without museum or historical site entries, consisting of a maximum of 2-3 hour tours with narration from the guide inside the vehicle. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be the responsibility of the agency in case they cannot be realized because local authorities do not permit visits during the relevant days and times due to closures or road closures caused by any event, or in situations where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot in places where vehicle entry is not allowed or where roads are closed.
8- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of the museum and historical site being closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
9- In our tours conducted with speedboats, the following precautions should be taken: do not eat heavy meals and do not drink excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, or neck, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides about their conditions.
10- There is no refund for participation in included services for tours or meals if not utilized.
About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applicable.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, if the outward flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures required for those participating in air tours are personal obligations and must be performed by the guests at airports, at the relevant airline counters before the flight, or online on the airline's websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced in airports and displayed on information panels, and this information should be monitored by guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the required times according to airline rules for the tour participation, who do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who perform these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets necessary for guests who miss their flights to participate in the tour and transfer arrangements in the destination area will be their responsibility.
18- The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the country being visited, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg for these domestic flights. The weight/price rules for excess luggage are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who want to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. A mile guarantee is not provided for each flight. Please check whether the program's tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- Catering and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges for some airlines.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where hotels are not specified by name in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or optional options are offered for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will inform 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name, birth date, and passport number as it appears in the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalty fees incurred due to incorrect information that results in cancellations or changes of flight tickets will be charged to the guests.
25- To be able to use mobile phones abroad, please check with the provider if your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey.
26- For accommodation, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are reported to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the preferences of the guest based on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts served at the hotels differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. They are generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited choices such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
29- In some cases, a double room may be instead provided as a twin bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- The children and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel according to the types of rooms.
31- All additional beds and baby cots are subject to availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds may consist of folding beds or coach beds. Our guests accept that they have acknowledged the potential tightness and bed types due to additional beds added to the standard room in triple room reservations and/or reservations with children.
34- If the number of children and their ages accompanying the adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the false declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are applicable only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the “single child” that falls within the age group of children accompanying two adults.
36- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and some extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) obtained at the hotel will be subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the payment during the purchase and should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
38- The distances given in programs are based on maps. Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without breaking the content of the program in case of mandatory circumstances or as deemed necessary.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identity cards of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of found forgotten items, the expenses for delivering them to the country and/or the person are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports with them.
42- For possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit at check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
2- For customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps to be affixed.
3- Being exempt from a visa for the countries in this tour and having obtained a visa does not mean that entry/exit can be made into/from the country; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding visa procedures; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- To avoid issues at the border gate with customs police due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under the age of 18 are advised to exercise caution as there is a possibility that the border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent.
