GENERAL TERMS
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such cases, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The entire tour cost is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased separately from the tour; if domestic flight connections have been purchased from the Agency, they are refunded to the guest, but visa services and travel health insurance used for visa applications on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded. If the visa application has not been made, both the visa and travel health insurance are canceled, and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency if the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest acknowledges any potential financial and emotional losses due to the tour cancellation at the time of purchase, and the Agency cannot be held liable.
- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right, as a gesture of goodwill, not to cancel the tour. In such circumstances, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for international departures and arrivals.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
- The days and hours of the tours mentioned in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction of the cities and are 2-3 hour tours that are conducted panoramically from the vehicle without including museum or site entries. If the panoramic tours, including any other tours mentioned in the program, cannot take place due to local authorities not permitting visits or road closures due to events or weather conditions making the tours impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, as feasible.
- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the closed status of museums and historical sites, while maintaining the contents of our tours. This also applies in the face of potential changes in flight times.
- Important points to note for our tours conducted with Speed Boats are not to eat heavy meals or drink large amounts of water immediately before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests need to inform their guide.
- No refund is given for services such as tours or meals listed in the prices but not attended.
About Flights
- The Agency acts as a mediator between the airline and the passenger. In case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, Hague Protocol, and Warsaw Convention shall apply.
- Delays or time changes may occur in scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time change/cancellation when purchasing the trip.
- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
- According to airline rules, if a round-trip flight ticket is purchased and the outbound flight is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding processes for scheduled flights must be completed at the airport counters or online via airline websites before flights by the guest.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards, and guests should follow this information themselves.
- In case of not being present at the designated airport at the times stated per airline rules, failure to complete check-in and boarding procedures timely, or not boarding the aircraft even after completing check-in and boarding procedures; the Agency is not responsible for these scenarios. All costs related to new round-trip tickets and transfers to the tour for guests who miss their flight are their responsibility.
- In most flights departing from Turkey, luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights at the destination country, luggage weight may reduce to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the Agency's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business class or first class) can do so subject to airline availability after tickets are issued. No mile guarantee is provided for every flight. Please check if the program tickets are from upgradeable class.
- Some airlines may charge extra for food and beverage services and online check-in services.
Other Issues
- The Agency will not take responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest through direct contact with the hotel. In this case, the Agency’s cancellation policies apply.
- In tour programs where hotels are shown by category information only and/or are offered as options for the same destination, the specific hotel(s) will be notified to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before departure.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
- During tour purchase registration; it is necessary to correctly enter/disclose the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the guest’s passport into the system. Airplane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fee for changes or cancellations due to incorrect information is imposed on the guests.
- To use mobile phones abroad, ensure your phone is unlocked for international use by contacting your mobile service provider before leaving the country.
- Hotel check-in times are generally 15.00, and check-out times are 12.00.
- The Agency forwards any room-related requests (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Reserved rooms are arranged according to the hotel’s availability in line with the guest’s preferences as much as possible. These requests depend on hotel availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
- Breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast and is usually served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and can be served in a separate room reserved for the group.
- In some cases, a double bed may replace twin beds. Most hotels in Europe offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when needed.
- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel’s room types.
- Any additional bed and crib are provided upon request and subject to availability by the hotel and must be approved by the hotel.
- The capacity for an extra bed or baby crib in rooms is one (maximum).
- An extra bed is applied in triple rooms, and the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Extra beds comprise foldable and coach bed types. When reserving triple rooms and/or rooms with children, guests acknowledge potential room space tightness and bed types due to extra beds in standard rooms.
- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are misreported by our guests, relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. Responsibility falls on the guest for incorrect declarations. Hotels may require identity verification for age determination of children.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices apply only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to "single-child" staying with 2 adults and matching the appropriate age group.
- The daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rate at the time of payment applies. Your additional requests and some extra services at the hotel (minibar, iron, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are payable directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different city, tourism, or local tax applications. These are collected directly from guests upon check-in or check-out by the hotel.
- Road distances provided in programs are map-based. Travel durations may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the destination country, and road works or conditions.
- The Agency can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline for necessary or obligatory reasons without altering the content of the program.
- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs of tour participants are their responsibility, and the Agency is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, any expenses for returning them to the country and/or the person are the owner’s responsibility.
- Participants of the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and medications and medical reports for any health issues they might have.
- For possible extra expenses, official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The deposit return at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest without Agency intervention.

- A visa application for Turkish citizens is applicable.
- Passports of guests should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the trip.
- For entry-exit stamps to be placed on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
- Being exempt from visa requirements for countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit. The passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
- Non-Turkish citizens or those who will join the tour using passports from another country of dual citizenship should consult the respective consulates about the visa procedures for the travel destination, otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any outcomes.
- Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, and/or similarly damaged need to be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visiting country. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents; it is advised that 18 and under guests and their parents be sensitive to this matter as a document showing the joint consent of both parents may be asked by the official police at the border for entry or exit.
