GENERAL CONDITIONS
- General Conditions are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date of the trip. In such a situation, the cancellation information is conveyed to the guest. The entire tour fee is refunded to the guest. Regarding the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight received from the Agency is also refunded to the guest, but since visa service and travel health insurance are used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded if used, if the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight independently from the Agency from a different provider, they cannot request a refund from the Agency if the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation of the tour in advance when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for departure and return abroad.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted from within the vehicle with a guide's narration, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entries. If panoramic tours, including those specified in the program, are not possible due to local authorities not granting permission to visit or access, road closures due to events, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible. Some tours can be conducted using public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted, if possible.
- Depending on the content of our tours and the number of participants, our guide can change the days of city tours and/or additional tours. This situation is also valid for any changes in flight times.
- Considerations for our tours conducted with Speed Boats: it is advised not to consume heavy meals or large amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints such as stomach, back, or neck problems and pregnant guests must inform their guide.
- There is no refund for services in the included prices if tour or meal services are not attended.
Regarding Flights
- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as The Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
- There may be delays or changes in flight times for both scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.
- Children between 0-2 years only pay the airport tax fee.
- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in air travel tours are personal processes that must be conducted by the guest at airports at airline counters or online on airline websites before the flight.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and shown on the information panels on the premises. Guests must personally monitor this information.
- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airports, at the notified times according to airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or do not board the flight despite completing these processes. In the event of missing the flight, all expenses required for participation in the tour, including obtaining new tickets for outbound/return flights and transfers in the destination area, will be borne by the guest.
- The general luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg, but this may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights can decrease to 15 kg. Rules regarding excess baggage weight/price are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class) can perform upgrades after tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline of your membership). Mileage guarantees are not given for each flight. Check if the program's tickets are in the upgradable class.
- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to extra charges.
Other Matters
- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations directly communicated by the guest to the hotel. In this case, agency cancellation terms will apply.
- In cases where the hotel(s) are mentioned without specifying the name and/or offered as an option for the same destination in the tour program, the guest will be informed by the agency 48 hours before the trip departs.
- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, the agency will provide information 15 days before the tour date.
- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in their passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for canceling or changing the plane tickets due to incorrect information will be borne by the guests.

- Hotel check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 12:00.
- The Agency conveys any room-related requests (such as upper floor, near general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts are made to ensure the reserved rooms are in line with guest preferences based on the hotel's availability. However, these requests depend on availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfasts typical of Turkish cuisine. They are usually offered with limited options comprising butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, often served in a dedicated lounge for groups.
- In some cases, a double bed instead of twin beds may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.
- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to hotel room types.
- Any extra beds or cribs requested will be provided upon availability and require the hotel's approval.
- The capacity for an additional bed or crib in the room is limited to 1 unit (maximum).
- Triple rooms have an extra bed, with the third bed assigned to the third person being smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of fold-out and coach beds. Guests are deemed to have accepted the congestion and bed type that may occur in rooms due to additional beds when booking a triple room and/or a room with children.
- If the number of children and ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly reported by our guests, the hotels may charge additional fees. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided incorrect information. Hotels may request ID for children to verify the age.
- In 2 adult + 1 child reservations, a separate bed for the child may not be available. Child rates are only applicable if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to a "single child" fitting the age group staying with two adults.
- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra charge by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different applications related to city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes applied this way are collected from the guest during check-in or check-out by the hotel.
- The distances given in the programs are map-based. In cases of traffic, weather conditions, the geographical position of the country visited, road work, and conditions, travel times may be extended.
- In compelling situations or deemed necessary, the Agency can change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program.
- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification are the responsibility of the participants, and the agency is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs of sending them to the country and/or person are borne by the owner.
- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports for health issues with them.
- The hotel may request an official document with a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit for possible extra expenses. The refund of the requested deposit during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the agency has no intervention.
Visa and Passport
- A visa application exists for T.C citizens.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the travel.
- For stamps to be placed on your passport during customs/border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
- Being visa-exempt for entry into countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit, as passport officials have the authority to deny entry/exit. The agency is not responsible in these cases; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using a passport from another country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country of travel for the passport they will use, otherwise, the agency will not be held responsible for any consequences.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged should be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visiting country. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- For guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, a joint consent document showing the consent of both parents may be requested by the border police, so attention to this matter is advised for guests under 18 and their parents.
